🔍 FUNNEL VISION
Meetings without systems are just expensive conversations.
Here’s some harsh math for you.
Say you have 5 people from your team in a meeting.
They each get paid $40/hour.
And the meeting lasts an hour.
How much does that meeting cost you?
Drumroll…
$200.
That’s no joke.
So to combat this, I created an entire workflow that you can steal.
Here's my process:
Notion AI + Notion Calendar = every meeting turns into tasks, projects, and content.
No more "let's follow up on that."
No more ideas that die in a notebook.
I recorded an entire training that you can check out below.
🥡 THIS WEEK'S FUNNEL FEED
Yesterday, I sat in on a meeting with a creator who works with some of the biggest brands in the world.
They showed me something that changed everything.
These brands aren't posting from their own pages anymore.
Here's what they're actually doing:
They're hiring creators to build dedicated niche pages (health, fitness, food, etc.) and posting up to 21 times per week from those accounts.
But here's the part that blew my mind:
They use completely different emails for each account.
Why? So Instagram can't tie the accounts back to their personal account.
The platform literally can't tell it's marketing.
The strategy breakdown:
→ Each creator builds their own authentic page in your niche
→ Uses a separate email (not connected to your brand)
→ Posts up to 21x per week (mix of educational + product content)
→ Never mentions the brand name in the video
→ Drops brand info in comments only
→ Platform sees "creator content" not "brand content"
→ Algorithm rewards it with massive organic reach
When you scale this with multiple creators, the pages can't be traced back to each other.
It's genius.
And it's working.
Same product. Same message. Different account type.
We're testing this at Nutré starting next month.
The setup:
Partner with creators who build niche pages
Separate emails for each account
5-7 videos per week per creator (starting conservative)
Scale to multiple creators once proven
And we're bootstrapped, so this has to be cost-effective.
Early math says this could outperform our paid ads.
🍱 THIS WEEK'S CONTENT BUFFET
These are some pieces of content that I felt inspired to write about.
Textbook sales right here.
This is the difference between the brands that create lifelong relationships with customers and the ones that are just one hit wonders and nobody else ever works with them again.
It’s all about value.
Give before you take.
Anytime there is a major trend going on, you have to look for the second-order consequences of that trend.
In this instance, protein is seeing a huge boom. Like, everything is high protein nowadays.
So, with that being said, what are some things that will happen because of that?
If you know nutrition, then when you eat more protein, you also need more fiber to help with digestion.
That's a second-order consequence that comes along with higher protein stuff.
🧪 AI SECRET SAUCE
Tool/Prompt I'm Using: Poppy AI to create a personalized content creation assistant trained on my voice, writing style, expert knowledge, and reference materials to generate on-brand social content at scale without losing authenticity.
Step 1: Voice & Style Training:
Upload 10-15 voice recordings of yourself speaking naturally (podcasts, videos, voice memos)
Import 30-50 of your highest-performing social media posts across platforms
Include email newsletters and any long-form content in your authentic voice
Let Poppy analyze your speech patterns, vocabulary, and communication style
Step 2: Expert Knowledge Integration:
Upload YouTube videos from experts you admire and want to learn from (Gary Vee, Alex Hormozi, etc.)
Include industry thought leaders whose frameworks you reference
Add educational content that aligns with your content pillars
This gives the AI a wealth of knowledge to pull from while maintaining your voice
Step 3: Reference Content Library:
Upload swipe files of great content examples across different formats
Include frameworks and templates you use regularly
Add competitor content that represents quality standards
Store viral posts and campaigns for pattern analysis
Step 4: Content Generation at Scale:
Prompt Poppy with content ideas and let it generate drafts in your voice
Create variations of the same message for different platforms
Generate content calendars with diverse topics maintaining consistent voice
Use it for ideation when you're stuck or short on time
How to use this approach:
Start by training the AI thoroughly before expecting great output
Test generated content against your manually written posts to validate voice match
Use AI for first drafts, then add personal experiences and current thoughts
The more you feed it, the better it gets at sounding like you
Pro tip: Create separate Poppy instances for different content types - one for educational posts, one for personal stories, one for hot takes. This prevents the AI from blending tones and keeps each content type sharp and purpose-driven. Also, regularly update it with your latest successful posts to evolve with your voice rather than staying frozen in time.
🍽️ WHAT'S COOKING
Working on some pretty crazy AI for Nutre that's going to revolutionize the meal delivery space.
