What It Takes to Win + An Invitation To A Private Mastermind
Winners love overcoming adversity.
Winners love overcoming adversity.
If you’re an A player, you feed on challenges.
Shit hits the fan.
Good.
Let’s clean it up.
And learn how we can be better.
Picture this.
You’re running a business.
And you feel like you’re struggling and can’t grow.
So you hire a consultant.
They come in and tell you…
“Everything looks good, no issues here.”
If they say that, you should be scared shitless.
If they come and say…
Here are 10 things you can improve.
You should be jumping up and down.
That means there is room to grow.
That’s the way winners think.
Losers get sad and hurt - and then give up.
Now don’t get me wrong, even winners have their moments.
Ego gets in the way.
Sometimes you’re beat down, tired and feel like giving up.
Even the best of the best do this.
Andy Frisella who is one of the people I admire the most describes how this happens to him weekly or even daily.
It’s just part of the journey of being someone who always wants to grow and become better.
You always feel like there is more.
That you can do better.
I’m not going to lie, it’s a battle.
It’s also why you need to surround yourself with like-minded people.
Having a strong support system is invaluable.
You can only go so far yourself.
Don’t be stubborn and not ask for help.
And on that note, I am in the process of restarting my “mastermind group” I had a few years back.
Back then, I realized a lot of people were going through the same shit I was.
Personal development, business growth, etc.
I was talking to a bunch of people separately, and then the idea clicked.
Why not get all these people together?
What happened was crazy.
Those meet-ups turn into the best times ever.
Everyone who is in that group is now absolutely crushing it.
And as it usually goes with those things, if you don't keep on top of it, they eventually die out.
So the combat that - I am bringing back the group.
If you're interested in taking part, please shoot me a text or DM me on Instagram.
Typically, what we do is have monthly meet-ups and a group chat to go over issues and help each other out.
If things go well and a lot of people get involved, there is even the potential of building this out even more with guest speakers and Zoom.
But this is something I prefer to keep small and close-knit.
If I don't think you're a fit, I'll straight up tell you.
Have to protect the group.
It's not personal.
We are planning to have a dinner at the end of this month.
I hope someone out there got value from this.
Till next time,
Kosta
