🔍 FUNNEL VISION

What's up guys! I'm actually writing this at 4 in the morning because yesterday was a crazy day, and I didn’t get to write this when I normally do.

But that’s not stopping me from dropping some value.

Right now at Nutré, we have most of our focus on building out our 2026 market launch strategy and revenue projections.

We had a great meeting yesterday where we set targets and came up with key markets that we want to hit.

Setting these types of goals can be intimidating, and a lot of people don't really know how to set them.

I'm not the biggest goal and projection person myself, but I think they can be powerful when setting the overall vision of a company. Mainly so people know where they’re going.

When I say that, I mean it’s not that I don’t believe in setting goals and coming up with numbers to hit. I don't look at it like a lot of people do.

For me, it's great to set some goals and projections numbers wise, but we don't know what the fuck is going to happen in 2026. We can kind of control what's in our ecosystem, but there are a lot of outside factors that play into this.

So, while setting these goals is important for me, what's more important is coming up with the plan for what we're going to do to hit these goals.

A lot of people just want to hit numbers to hit numbers, but I believe more in the idea of focusing on the actual mission at hand.

🥡 THIS WEEK'S FUNNEL FEED

Right now, we are heavily focusing on tech and data.

The past few weeks, I taught myself how to code and how to use tools like Cursor and Claude Code.

This has allowed me to build prototypes of different features that could be cool for Nutre.

Now if I think of an idea, I can get a working prototype or visual of how it will work, and then I can send it over to our dev team to actually build and develop.

So far, I've spun up some pretty cool things and expect to see one of them roll out at the end of this month/early next year.

Spoiler alert: it’s along the lines of what Spotify’s doing.

That's all I'm going to say.

🍱 THIS WEEK'S CONTENT BUFFET

These are some pieces of content that I felt inspired to write about.

This didn’t really hit until I learned to vibe code as I talked about above.

I can literally think of any idea and build a pretty decent prototype of what it would look like.

For example, as a marketer, I always knew I needed to be better with data, but I always struggled to understand it on spreadsheets and reports.

To fix that, I’ve been using Claude code to turn my data into interactive visuals.

For example, I took all of our orders from the year and put them into an interactive map where I can see all of the states, cities, ZIP Codes, and the revenue, AOV, and orders from each area.

Now as we start to expand, I can truly visualize which markets are growing the fastest and where we should expand our operations.

I can only imagine how much better this is going to get.

I literally feel superhuman.

This is one of those things you would only get if you're in the whole marketing/e-commerce world, but it's hilarious.

There are so many e-commerce podcasts popping up, and almost all of them talk about some new software every episode that is transforming their business.

At first, I was like, "Sweet, this is some new software to check out." But after watching more and more podcasts in the space, there has just been software after software that they all say is integral to their business.

So like the marketing skeptic I am, I realized that there was probably something going on. This tweet confirms that point.

🧪 AI SECRET SAUCE

Tool/Prompt I'm Using: Manus AI to transform our raw order data into an automated marketing dashboard that tracks state-by-state growth, customer acquisition metrics, and retention patterns - turning a year's worth of messy spreadsheets into one visual command center I can actually use to make decisions.

Step 1: Data Upload & Cleanup:

• Export full year of order data from your system (all orders, all states, all customer info)

• Upload to Manus with prompt: "Clean this data and organize by: state, order date, customer ID, order value, new vs. returning"

• AI automatically identifies duplicate entries, fixes formatting issues, and standardizes state names

• Creates a master dataset that updates automatically when you add new orders

Step 2: Metric Framework Setup:

• Define your key marketing metrics: CAC by state, LTV by cohort, retention rate, average order frequency, revenue per state

• Prompt Manus: "Calculate CAC, LTV, and retention rate for each state market"

• AI creates formulas that auto-calculate as new data comes in

• No more manual Excel gymnastics or hiring a data analyst

Step 3: Visual Dashboard Creation:

• Ask Manus to build a visual dashboard with: State-by-state revenue heat map, Growth trends by quarter, CAC vs. LTV comparison, Top 5 performing markets

• AI generates clean, boardroom-ready visuals you can screenshot for investor updates

• Updates in real-time as you add new order data

• Everything you'd pay $10K+ to a fractional CMO or data person to build

Step 4: Insight Extraction:

• Prompt: "Which states have the best unit economics? Where should we expand next?"

• AI analyzes patterns and recommends markets based on: Lowest CAC, Highest retention, Best LTV:CAC ratio, Fastest growth trajectory

• Get actual strategic recommendations, not just pretty charts

How to use this approach:

• Start with one year of data minimum (more data = better patterns)

• Make sure your order data includes: customer ID, location, order date, order value

• Update the dashboard weekly or monthly - consistency matters more than frequency

• Use insights to inform your Q1 market expansion decisions (not just to look at pretty graphs)

Pro tip: Most operators have tons of data sitting in their order system but never actually use it because it's too messy or time-consuming to analyze. The breakthrough isn't having the data - it's having an AI that can turn it into actionable insights in 10 minutes instead of 10 hours. At Nutré, this dashboard showed us that our Texas market had 3x better retention than California, despite California having higher revenue. That one insight changed our entire 2026 expansion strategy.

Bonus move: Once you have your dashboard, prompt Manus weekly: "What changed this week? Any concerning trends?" This creates an early warning system for problems (like CAC spiking in a specific market) before they blow up your budget.

🍽️ WHAT'S COOKING

There's a full buffet line of features coming out at Nutré in 2026. Fired up to share with everyone. Going to be a killer year.
