🔍 FUNNEL VISION
So this past week I posted a YouTube video documenting some of the behind the scenes of building Nutre and being a CMO.
I came off a mastermind event I went to with a feeling that I need to get back to content.
I’ve gone through many phases of trying to post content but the same thing always happens.
I do it for a bit and then work gets crazy and it takes a backseat.
And unless you’re a full time content creators, this usually happens to most people.
The business comes first.
I don’t live off my content so it’s not as much of a priority.
But I still want to make an effort to share the journey I’m on in hope of inspiring some people and building a community of people who believe in the same things.
The only way I see myself staying consistent is really filming raw, authentic and long form YouTube videos.
And only filming when I have something good to share.
I don’t have the mental bandwidth or the desire to sit down and plan things for my videos.
Sure there’s some planning involved but not I’m trying to go the Mr. Beast route and be on the content hamster wheel.
I’m going to document what’s going on, talk about some things I think people would find valuable and that’s it.
It’s the whole Gary Vee document vs. create.
All that means is instead of trying to come up with content ideas and videos, you just document what you’re building and take people along for the journey.
So that’s my plan for the content I’m going to be sharing.
And if you want to check out my latest video, you can watch it here.
🍱 THIS WEEK'S CONTENT BUFFET
Three things I would steal from this week:
Cool hack for finding business trends.
This is the method you see brands using to scale so fast.
Must watch for any brand doing any sort of creator//influencer marketing.
I’m sipping IM8 as I write this.
But there is something about it that feels like a Netflix documentary will be made about them.
Something is off.
IDK but you heard it here.
🧪 AI SECRET SAUCE
Tool/Prompt I’m Using: Claude + a transcript workflow that turns one raw YouTube video into an entire week of content — so I can film once, stay in “document mode,” and never sit down to plan a content calendar again.
Step 1: Capture Once, Feed the Machine:
• Film the long-form video with zero script (just talk about what you’re actually building)
• Pull the transcript (YouTube auto-captions, Otter, or Descript)
• Upload the raw transcript along with 20-30 of your best past posts so the AI has your voice
• Add context: what the video is about, who it’s for, what you want people to take away
Step 2: Extraction Prompts:
1. “Read this transcript and pull out the 10 strongest standalone ideas — the moments where I said something contrarian, specific, or counterintuitive. Quote my actual words.”
2. “Turn each of those into a LinkedIn post in my voice. Short sentences. No corporate speak. Keep my exact phrasing wherever possible.”
3. “Give me 15 tweets from this transcript — the punchiest one-liners I actually said, not summaries of them.”
4. “Find the 3 best 30-60 second clips for Shorts/Reels based on hook strength, and tell me the timestamp.”
5. “Write the newsletter section version — same story, but for people reading instead of watching.”
